I'm safe and sound in Brisbane!
First of all, i wanna thank all for the well wishes, gifts, send off, surprises..! ahhh, i'm missing all of you already. my fingers are pretty numb as i'm typing this. It's 12.30am brisbane time and 11 degrees now.
I sat beside a cute French guy on the plane who's nice enough to offer to carry my luggage before i even asked :) Anyways, memories started to pour back in when UQ driver fetched me to my bro's apartment, i was like heyy, i've seen this before... i kinda remember this place... but where is this place exactly? all from internship :) i clearly remembered indroopilly mall and brisbane river though :) What i'm feeling now is kinda weird, though i'm SOOO freakin fortunate to have my brother already here, so lodging, internet and all is not a problem, but i dont know why i feel lonely at times. like right noww, haha. maybe coz i have no friends here YET. soon soon! i'm all excited about school :)
Trying to get used to home lifestyle here, everything is DIY. soo yupp, i unpacked everything, okay maybe not everythingg. haha. bought some essentials today likee bathrobe and prepaid card and footwear for home. prettyy cold and though my body is not tt cold, my toes and fingers are ALWAYS cold. its even colder now *touch someone's neck* hahaha. also, im tyrin to look at maps and remember the way to important places. slowly but surely!
